SoSafe, founded in 2018, is Europe's largest security awareness training and human risk management provider. The company builds a platform that combines personalised, gamified e-learning with smart phishing simulations, aiming to turn employees into active defenders against online threats and to foster lasting security cultures rather than compliance checkboxes. Its product reaches 5.4m users across 32 countries.

The technical work spans phishing simulation, gamified e-learning, personalised learning paths and behavioural science applied to cybersecurity. Over 30% of the product team comes from social science or psychology backgrounds, reflecting a product organisation built around insights into human behaviour. The company was founded by a psychologist, and its approach is explicitly people-first.

SoSafe employs more than 500 people - known internally as Safeys - drawn from 52 nationalities, with a presence across Europe. Teams work in the cybersecurity, security awareness training, human risk management and enterprise learning and development verticals, on a mission to strengthen self-defence in the digital world through engaging and impactful learning experiences.
