Phoenix

Phoenix is a Canadian digital health clinic for men, founded in 2019 and operating a telehealth platform through which doctor-prescribed treatments are delivered entirely online. The company describes itself as Canada's fastest-growing telehealth platform and is trusted by thousands of men across Canada. It raised CAD 50 million in a Series A round. Its care model combines online health assessment, e-prescribing, secure patient messaging and pharmacy fulfilment, with free discreet medication shipping and unlimited doctor follow-ups.

The platform covers erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, premature ejaculation, testosterone therapy and smoking cessation. Each is delivered through a 100% online experience: patients complete a health assessment that is reviewed by licensed Canadian healthcare providers, receive prescribed medication by post, and follow up with doctors through secure messaging. No waiting rooms, pharmacy trips or in-person consultations are involved, and the service is designed around discretion and privacy.

Technical work at Phoenix spans telehealth and digital health systems, an online health assessment platform, e-prescribing, secure patient messaging, and e-commerce and pharmacy fulfilment. For those working at the intersection of marketing and engineering, the environment is one in which patient acquisition, product merchandising and fulfilment operations are served by the same underlying platform that handles clinical workflows. The company's stated mission is to improve the relationship men have with their health, with an emphasis on accessibility and removing barriers to care.

Phoenix operates across Canada and sits within the digital health, telehealth, men's health, pharmaceutical and e-commerce fulfilment, and healthcare verticals. Further information is available at https://phoenix.ca/.
