Forgepoint builds AI coworkers for the manufacturing back office, applying natural language processing, AI agents and enterprise systems integration to factory operations. The company's technical work spans conversational AI, agent design and integration with existing enterprise software, including Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Infor, Syspro and Acumatica. Rather than replacing incumbent systems, Forgepoint's approach is to connect to them.

Its principal product, Frank, is an AI Inside Sales Representative built for manufacturers. It gathers requirements, builds quotes, responds to RFQs and manages customer communications continuously. Forgepoint reports quote turnaround 91% faster than manual processes and more than 40 hours saved per sales representative each month, with deployments completed in under 30 days.

The company serves manufacturers across injection molding, steel mills, metal foundries, metal service centers, metal fabricators, metal stampers, coating and heat treat operations, CNC machining, forging and fasteners. It maintains a SOC 2 Type II certified security posture, with encryption at rest and in transit and data isolation between customer organisations.
