Universal Orlando Resort is a theme park and entertainment destination in Orlando, Florida, owned and operated by NBCUniversal. Opened on June 7, 1990, the resort employs thousands of team members across three theme parks - Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay - along with the Universal CityWalk dining and entertainment complex and 11 on-site resort hotels. A further park, Epic Universe, is in development at the resort.

The resort's work spans immersive experience design, attraction engineering, themed entertainment production, animatronics and ride systems, and water park operations. Its attractions are built around film franchises, translating cinematic properties into physical experiences at scale, and its operations combine leisure, hospitality and tourism disciplines within a single destination.
