Alongside hardware, Sun King operates a pay-as-you-go financing model that lets households spread the cost of solar over time. It has extended over $1.5 billion in solar loans, and roughly two-thirds of its customers are accessing credit for the first time - an economic-inclusion dimension that sits alongside its energy-access mission.

The business is vertically integrated, covering the full chain from product design and manufacturing through last-mile distribution, installation, warranty and after-sales support, supported by more than 37,000 field agents. This structure combines a large direct consumer base, a distributed sales network and an ongoing credit relationship with customers, all within industry verticals spanning off-grid solar, residential solar, energy access and pay-as-you-go consumer financing.
