Viktor

Viktor builds an AI employee that operates inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, invoked by @mention, and executes operational tasks across a company's software stack. The product connects to over 3,200 business tools and is used across marketing and advertising, sales and CRM, finance and accounting, human resources, SaaS development and business analytics. In marketing contexts it manages ad campaigns, pulls reports, builds dashboards and reconciles invoices, among other recurring work.

The technical work spans AI agents and agentic automation, natural language task execution, code generation and full-stack web app generation, data reporting and dashboards, document generation in PDFs and spreadsheets, third-party API integrations and workflow scheduling. Outputs are delivered as finished artefacts: web apps with logins and databases deployed to live links, or completed spreadsheets and documents. The product runs scheduled tasks and overnight checks, and can be set to work autonomously within user-defined boundaries.

Viktor was founded by former Meta engineers and counts Accel, Stewart Butterfield, co-founder of Slack, and Guillermo Rauch of Vercel among its investors. The product is designed to adapt to a team's preferences and formatting conventions over time and to request approval before irreversible actions.
